Why booth rentals are quoted, not price-listed
Every merch booth rental is priced from a few real inputs, so a one-size sticker would either overcharge a small activation or under-deliver on a mainstage build. Send the details and you get a firm number — no guessing from a generic table.
Staffing hours
$250 / hour
Trained operators are billed per hour and include setup, live run time, breaks, and teardown. A longer day or more stations means more crew hours on the quote.
Travel
$0 local · $900 out
No travel fee inside OC, LA, and San Diego. Outside that radius a flat $900 fee applies; nationwide programs get a custom logistics line.
What changes the number
- Event hours — a four-hour reception and a two-day expo price very differently once you count crew time.
- Product sourcing — whether we supply Bella+Canvas and Richardson blanks in quantity, or press onto goods you provide.
- Stations — one press vs. a press plus a hat bar plus UV DTF changes both staff and equipment.
- Artwork — ready-to-press files vs. a live name/number menu that adds handling per guest.
- Venue — a convention center load-in with union rules differs from an outdoor 10x10 in a parking lot.

What the base rental always covers
Every quote — whatever the size — includes the printers, the booth structure, displays and signage, delivery, setup, live operation, and teardown. You are never billed separately for showing up and building the stall; that is the whole point of renting the booth complete.
