Why rent the whole booth

Renting a merch booth from us means you never chase a printer vendor, a merch supplier, and a staffing agency separately. It arrives as one working stall.

Printed on the spot

Guests pick a design and watch it press onto a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee or a Richardson 112 cap in a couple of minutes. Full-color DTF and heat transfer, washable and vivid, no minimums to sit through.

The stall, built

Canopy or counter, product racks, backdrop, signage, and lighting come with the rental. We stage the footprint to your load-in map so the booth reads as a destination on the floor.

Crew included

Our staff runs the menu, the queue, and the printers so your team can work the room. Staffing covers setup, live hours, breaks, and teardown at $250 per hour.

Delivered & struck

We roll in, build the booth, run the event, and load out clean. Local Southern California builds are simple; nationwide travel is a flat add so the quote stays honest.

How the rental works

Four steps from inquiry to load-out

    Tell us the event

    Send the date, city, guest count, and the footprint your venue gives you. We match a booth size and printer count to your expected line.

    Approve the plan

    You get a booth layout, product menu, staffing hours, and a firm quote. Swap garment colors, add a hat bar, or scale stations up or down.

  3. 3

    We run the show

    Our crew arrives early, builds the stall, and prints live all event. Guests choose, we press, they walk away wearing it.

  4. 4

    Clean load-out

    We strike the booth and haul everything out. You keep leftover blanks if you sourced quantities; we keep the gear.

What does a merch booth rental actually include?

A working stall: live printers and heat presses, blank apparel and hard goods, product racks, backdrop, signage, canopy or counter, and trained staff to run the line. Delivery, setup, and teardown are part of the rental.

How much space does the booth need?

A single-printer booth fits comfortably in a 10x10 with room for a small line. Two or three stations plus a hat bar want a 10x20 or an end-cap. Tell us the footprint your venue assigns and we scale to it.

Do you travel outside Southern California?

Yes. We are based in Orange County and cover Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas regularly, plus nationwide events with enough lead time. A flat travel fee applies outside the OC/LA/SD radius.
