Merch Booth Rental
How much space does a merch booth need?
A single-station booth fits a 10x10 with room for a short line. Bigger footprints buy more throughput. Here’s how to plan the space.
Footprint by station count
The space a merch booth needs comes down to how many printing stations you run and how long a line you expect. A single press station fits a standard 10x10 with a rack and room for a small queue. Two stations, or a press plus a hat bar, want a 10x20 or an end-cap so guests aren’t crowding the operators. A mainstage or island footprint gives room for multiple stations, a display wall, and a proper queue lane.
Beyond square footage
- Power — each press needs a reliable circuit; we confirm what your venue provides and bring what’s missing where allowed.
- Line space — a booth that draws a crowd needs somewhere for that crowd to stand without blocking the aisle.
- Back-of-house — a little room behind the counter for blanks, transfers, and finished-item staging keeps the flow smooth.
- Height & canopy — outdoor builds need canopy clearance; indoor halls may cap structure height.
Tight space? We adapt
If all you have is a compact 10x10, we can still run a fast single-station booth with a smart menu. The footprint sets the ceiling on throughput, so we tune the design menu and staffing to make the most of whatever space you have.
